Tariff Subscribers services

• Issue and extension of invoice to a subscriber.

To issue an invoice to a legal person, its phone number and belonging will be found out. After printing out a package of documents – a bill, invoice, personal account card (PAC) for legal persons an operator give them for payment.

• Issue of a receipt to a subscriber and entering of payment orders.

Physical persons will be issued a payment receipt as they pay by cash. Also operators enter data on receipt of funds upon payment orders of legal persons and private entrepreneurs. 

• Issue of detailed data on conversations (х2).

Detailed data on conversations will be issued by an operator upon written subscriber’s request with the presentation of its passport and in case of absence of accounts receivable.

• Setting additional services for subscribers.

An operator sets additional services upon receipt of a letter-application from physical and legal persons executed on a letter-head and sealed in case of absence of accounts receivable.

• Acceptance of applications for loss of telephones by an operator.

In loss of a device it is necessary to apply to subscribers’ service department and fill in a blank of loss. After that the lost phone will be put under control.

• Consulting subscribers.
