Mobile Assistant — is a quick and easy way to manage services from the phone!

With Mobile Assistant you will be able on your own at any time convenient to you to:

  • change tariff plans
  • activate and deactivate additional services
  • know your balance and recharge your account using payment cards
  • check the amount and date of payment
  • to block or remove the voluntary lock of your number

How to use:

To use a Mobile Assistant just dial on your phone. You’ll get to a menu, where you can choose section you are interested. Next, follow all the action, following the instructions of the system. System responses are displayed directly on your phone screen. Unlike SMS-messages, these messages are not stored in phone memory and not slow down its work.

Command to get information about the balance:

To check the balance can be used short USSD-request 100

The choice of language to inform about the balance:*

  • 111101 — Uzbek language
  • 111102 — Russian language (latin)
  • 111103 — Russian language (cirillic)

*only for subscribers served in the on-line billing of calls and service

Tariff plan change or activation / deactivation of service via Mobile assistant is paid in accordance with established tariffs for these services. Any action in the Mobile assistant in your phone are documented by special equipment and considered your actions.

Important! How to call emergency services:

When calling emergency services on a short two-digit number to dial, press * (asterisk) before the number, and then dialing short three-digit number, simply dial this number from the phone keypad and press the call button.

For example:

*02 (call) — Militia
*03 (call) — Ambulance
*04 (call) — Gas emergency service
050 (call) — Rescue service in emergencies
