This service allows you to send short messages to other subscribers. To send a SMS from a cell phone you need to follow instructions for the phone. It is better to enter receipt number in a full international format as it identifies in received calls.
If you want to send short message from your phone, it is necessary to follow the instructions. Number of the recipient is better to specify in a full international format as it is defined at incoming call i. e.
+998 (code of city) (subscriber's number).

Number of SMS-centre (998711300897) is already recorded in memory of your SIM-card, and it is not necessary to additionally specify it in the majority of modern handsets, the telephone will find it automatically and use it.
The message can be transmitted in various codings. Majority of phones support English and Russian. The maximum size of the message in English is 160 digits. Modern devices support Unicode coding, in which Cyrillic digits are included. However this coding is more "gluttonous" and one message contains not more than 70 digits. If the message contains even just one Cyrillic letter the message will be sent in Unicode.
Almost all modern phones allow to create messages by length more than 160 digits in Roman letters or 70 digits in Cyrillic alphabet but while transferring it will be divided into several messages containing 160 or 70 digits accordingly. And you will receive invoice for payment of several messages.
