To make it clear how to use a cellular phone when subscriber’s transiting within various registration areas let’s consider some probable situations.
Condition of the given example assumes that you, being a subscriber of Tashkent city, are in Samarkand with your cellular phone.
Actions: just dial your Tashkent mobile phone number (without dialing inter-city code).
Payment: You will pay for such call based on the rate of outgoing calls in accordance with your service plan (from January 1 within the whole service area of MTS-Uzbekistan there is a single registration area, roaming tariffs previously valid for company subscribers in transit within the republic have been cancelled). Your partner in conversation will not pay for inter-city tariff.
Actions: dial 8, Tashkent code, your Tashkent mobile phone number.
