My account

"My account" allows to subscribe for daily SMS-delivery with information about a balance status.

It’s enough to send one command only once and detailed information about balance will come every morning after 8:00 automatically. The messages will contain information with amount, left on the balance, expenses for services, amount and date of the last payment.

Subscription to "My account" daily delivery is available by following ways:

• Through "Mobile portal *111#";
• Sending USSD-command *111*0251#;
• Sending SMS with character «1» to 616025 number;
• In the Company offices;
• Through «Internet-Assistant».

Company’s subscribers – juridical persons can subscribe to "My account" service by written request or through Corporate Internet-Assistant.

Service fee – $0,1 per month.

Note:

All MTS-Uzbekistan subscribers can learn their balance by calling to *100# or sending SMS with 1 or 2 characters to 6111 short number free of charge.

"My account" subscription sending every day from 8:00 (from 9:00 on week-ends), excluding first 3 days of each calendar month.

"My account" is available for subscribers on TBS platform.
