X-press cards

Payment with «X-press» cards

«X-press» payment cards are means of payment for cellular services in MTS-Uzbekistan network by subscribers-physical persons.

Cards are sold in own MTS-Uzbekistan offices and by Company dealers and agents as well.

Nominal amount of cards is 3 000 (three thousand) 5 000 (five thousand), 10 000 (ten thousand) sums.

Enrolment of amount of a card to subscriber’s account is made by a subscriber itself upon activation of a card from its telephone according to instructions given on the card. A subscriber will have amount enrolled in US dollars according to the rate of the Central Bank of RUz as of the day of activation.

Also you may activate a card from a mobile phone disconnected for accounts receivable except for the phones having been disconnected for more than 2 running months or a contract of termination.

One card can be activated only once.

A card must be activated before the date specified on the card itself.

Order of activation:

• Erase protective coating from PIN code of a card (for example, using a coin);
• From the mobile phone to receive payment send SMS to number 900 containing serial number (S/N-10 digits) and PIN code (PIN-16 digits), dialed in succession (without spaces);
• In case of positive activation the mobile phone will receive SMS:

"Request for payment for the phone <phone_number> is in processing".

At the given stage you don’t have to do anything, the message confirms that you have made no mistakes. Later you will receive the message:

"Your deposit has been fulfilled for < N> $"

N is calculated based on US dollar rate stated by the Central Bank of RUz as of the day of card activation.

In case of mistaken entering a serial number or PIN code one of the following messages will be delivered:
а) «The card does not exist. Probably you have made a mistake in entering»
б) «The card cannot be used. The card has been used earlier or not activated»

In this case enter and send the message again. Not more than 3 messages can be sent time after time. If you sent three messages with errors the next activation may be started after a little while.

See balance on your account by sending digit 1 or 2 in SMS (a response will be received in Uzbek or Russian) to number 6111

Note:
After card activation it is should be kept till the amount enrolled to you account is finished.

Payment with plastic cards VISA, MasterCard, American Express can be made by citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign persons at Tashkent Service Center only (Labzak).
