Detailed report is detailed information on all expenses of a subscriber for a definite period

Detailed balance report – is a definite package of documents presented for a definite period.

Detailed balance report includes:

• Combined data – detailed information on application with details on services rendered by MTS;
• Card of personal accounts;
• Invoice;
• Invoice for payment;

The order of the Detailed balance report can be made by:

• Making a written application in the company office for the service «Messenger delivery»*
• Using fax of subscriber department: 403 82 52, 241 53 05

The Detailed balance report is provided free of charge, but if you take it yourself.

Delivery of the Detailed report with a courier is payable. One delivery costs $1,50.

Detailed bill (detailed printing out of subscriber’s conversations for a definite period).

You may receive detalization of conversations for a definite period by ordering a Detailed report.

Detailed bill may be single or periodical.

Single/periodical delivery of detailed account is available for subscribers of all tariff plans.

You may order single/periodical detailed bill in the company office.

The cost of single/periodical detailed bill amounts $3,25 for one period.

One period may include from 2 till 30 days.

* - «Messenger delivery» service is payable. One delivery costs $1,50.
