How to subscribe to International roaming

For sound incoming and outgoing communication in roaming outside Uzbekistan you should activate the service «International roaming»

The service «International roaming» provides outgoing international communication including calls abroad from Uzbekistan and calls to Uzbekistan while being abroad.

Activation of the service «International roaming» is made with personal visit of a subscriber or its authorized person to any MTS-Uzbekistan office.

You should have the following documents with you:

• for physical persons: a document identifying subscriber’s personality (passport, officer's identification certificate with the residence certificate, seaman's identity card), or a notary certified power of attorney and passport (officer's identification certificate) of an authorized person;
• for legal entities: a letter from an organization requesting to render «International roaming» services sealed and signed by company director and a chief accountant, power of attorney from the company indicating identity card data of the authorized person, date of issue and validity period of the power of attorney. The attorney will have to submit an identity card (passport, officer's identification certificate with the residence certificate, seaman's identity card).

Attention! Before going on a trip don’t forget to make sure that that you have the services “International roaming” and “International access” activated. You can check availability of the necessary services for roaming at MTS-Uzbekistan Contact center.

Attention! Calls to MTS-Uzbekistan reference numbers from a mobile phone while subscriber’s being in international roaming are chargeable (except in the networks of MTS Group of Companies)!
