How to subscribe
The necessary documents at connection:
For an individual: letter-application signed by the client on connection of the phone. An obligatory condition is availability of the passport confirming a place of a registration.
For a juridical person: letter-application on its company’s headed note-paper, with outgoing number signed by the head of the company.
Connection to GSM network
1. The conclusion of maintenance contract, after payment against the account and receipt of funds.
2. Statement of receipt on advance payment.
3. Granting and programming SIM - card
- For purchase the SIM-cards and connection of your own telephone it is necessary to make an advance payment for the future conversations. At connection of additional services the extra charge according to the tariffs of the company shall be paid.
- After the contract signing and reception of money, the card will be put out.

Connection of «RED» subscribers
An obligatory condition for connection to “RED” is availability of the passport confirming a place of a registration in Uzbekistan.
After registration form filling, subscriber gets a set, which includes
- SIM-card with PIN-code and “RED” phone number
- “RED” subscriber’s hand-book
For attention of «RED» subscribers !
For «REDTM» SIM-card activation it’s obligatory to dial from the phone 0022 number and, following instructions of auto-informer, choose suitable language. Only after this procedure a SIM-card will be considered as activated and an account filling up by Xpress cards will be possible.
